After christmas charity giving of baby bobo clothing, we realised that everyone gives clothing and we decided to start collecting kids shoes instead to give to others less fortunate than us. The need will be more urgent with winter months approaching.

When our kids need shoes, we normally buy more that one pair of the same size meaning that they will outgrow 2 to 3 pairs at a go while they are still in good condition. Maybe you have bought a bigger size for your little one to use later, but discover that they no longer fit because you put them away and forgot about them until recently. They are likely to be on sale by now and you may not get your initial investment back. Why not give such shoes to someone who needs them the most today.

If you would like to donate your child's pre-loved/loved shoes (that are in good condition) to those that could do with them more and at the same time de-clutter your child's closet, please email us at info@babybobo.co.za. If you know of particular kids charities or kids in your area that would benefit from this initiative let us know. We sometimes give to charity and overlook our neighbour who's child goes to school barefooted. Kindly respond if you know of genuine cases.
